Pork Chops with Pan Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add onion to the skillet and sauté until softened. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in chicken stock, scraping up browned bits. Stir in rosemary.
  5. Return pork chops to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve with the gravy.
