Pork Chops with Pan Gravy
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion to the skillet and sauté until softened. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in chicken stock, scraping up browned bits. Stir in rosemary.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with the gravy.
