Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the garlic, broccoli, bell peppers, and onion, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
