Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add the garlic, broccoli, bell peppers, and onion, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
